Thank you for shopping with VENNOE. We're committed to getting your pizza oven to you quickly, safely, and at no extra cost.
## 🚚 Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders
We offer **FREE standard shipping** on every order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). No minimums. No hidden fees.
## ⏱️ Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within **24 hours** (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

## 📍 Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including **UPS, FedEx, and USPS** to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carrier selection is based on your shipping address and package size.
## 🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number

## 📦 What's Included in Your Package
Your VENNOE pizza oven ships in a single, fully-protected box with:
- The pizza oven (your selected color)
- Quick-start guide
- Warranty registration card
- All accessories included with your selected bundle
## 🌍 International Shipping
At this time, **VENNOE only ships within the United States**. We're working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and EU markets in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
## 📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
1. **Damaged on arrival** — Take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at **hello@vennoe.net**. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
2. **Lost in transit** — If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
## 🔄 Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us **immediately** at hello@vennoe.net. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
